Philosophy
A healthy body is one that has the inherent capacity to heal itself, when given the time, space and energy to do so. The body-mind wants to be in balance, knows its own optimal state of health—sometimes it just needs a little compassionate guidance toward that state. As a bodywork practitioner, I cannot “fix” or heal people, but I can act as a facilitator, and help open the door to self-awareness and self-healing. Bodywork begins by treating the physical body, but often touches the deeper sensations and emotions that can open us to a truer sense of self. My work in essence is, about re-aligning people with their most centered selves, and deepening the relationship between body, mind and spirit.
“May the work of your hands be in gratitude and reverence to the human condition."
